scope:

1.1 This practice covers measurement of the mass percentage of fractions of a peat material defined in terms of selected ranges of screen sizes.

1.2 Units-The values stated in SI units are being regarded as standard. Units of inch-pound are provided for information only.

1.3 All measured and calculated values shall conform to the guidelines for significant digits and rounding established in Practice D6026.
