This specification is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3, except where otherwise stated and covers the detail requirements for:
DTL circuit having TWO POSITIVE NAND GATES with FOUR INPUTS ONE EXTENDER INPUT and ONE OUTPUT per gate and with OPEN COLLECTOR OUTPUT TRANSISTOR.
The circuit is in a Ceramic Flatpack encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 4.50V to 5.50V and over the ambient temperature range -55ºC to +125ºC.
