Purpose
In order to reduce costs, and improve efficiency and quality in line with corporate policies, VOLVO CAR and FORD are jointly making common property of the Ford Motor Company Engineering CAD and Drafting standards by publishing the first official VOLVO CAR appendix H to the FECDS standards.
VOLVO CAR intends to pursue further communization. When all unique requirements are incorporated, this appendix is intended to replace the Volvo Engineering CAD and Drafting Standards.
