This Joint Service Specification Guide (JSSG) establishes general requirements and verification parameters, integration, performance and functions for the preparation of an air vehicle program-unique specification. The program specification developed from this JSSG should be used for contractual commitments between the Government and the prime contractor for the procurement of an air vehicle. Part II is provided as a handbook to aid in the preparation of a program-unique specification. It parallels the Part I templates and provides guidance to help tailor sections 3 and 4 of the specification for a specific application
