The ATS describes a set of tests which can be converted using commonly available tools into an executable test suite. For the protocol tests, it consists fo TTCN tables comprising an overview section, a declaration section, a constraints section and a dynamic behaviour section. For the non-protocol test (real-effects), it describes the test method using natural language. The real effects test procedures are contained in ETS 300 323-1 Annex C.
