scope:
-This specification covets two types of tetryl pellets for use in ammunition,
-Tetryl pellets shall be of the following types as specified (see 6.1).
Type I - Pellets made from tetryl alone or from tetryl and graphite
Type II - Pellets made from tetryl with a binder-lubricant. The binder-lubricant may consist of graphite, barium stearate, and calcium stearate or graphite and barium stearate, or graphite and calcium stearate, or calcium stearate, or barium stearate or calcium stearate and barium stearate.
