This European Standard applies to self-propelled ride-on and pedestrian controlled floor sawing machines having power feed, manual feed or hand feed for sawing, grooving and milling floor surfaces made of concrete, asphalt and similar mineral building materials where the main power is supplied by electric or internal combustion prime engine. The power transmission of floor sawing machines is mechanical or hydraulic.
