This specification covers the requirements for a device which measures quantitatively the pliability of wrapping materials, i.e., the ease with which a material can be molded to conform to an object being wrapped, or the resistance of a material to a wrapping operation.
intended Use:
This pliability tester is intended for use in measuring the effort required to wrap an item with a flexible barrier-material by a simulation of the wrapping process.
