This specification is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3, except where otherwise stated and covers the detail requirements for:-
DTL digital circuit having FOUR POSITIVE NAND GATES with TWO INPUTS and ONE OUTPUT per gate.
The circuit is in a DUAL-IN-LINE Ceramic encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 4.75V to 5.25V and over the ambient temperature range 0°C to +75°C.
