The standard specifies criteria for certification bodies operating systems of certification of personnel providing, by means of assessment and subsequent surveillance, confirmation that the personnel are competent to supply the stated services. The evidence of the satisfaction of the Certification Body will be in the form of a certificate of competence and published in a list of competent personnel.
