CONCISE DETAILS
This specification is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3, except where otherwise stated and covers the detail requirements for:
Monolithic integrated circuit WIDEBAND AMPLIFIER for use in successive detection logarithmic i.f. amplifier strips operating at centre frequencies in the range 10 MHz to 100 MHz.
The circuit is in a T0-5 encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 0V to 9V and over the ambient temperature range -55°C to +150°C.
