This specification covers overhead projectors which project an image upon a vertical screen in a room lighted with normal intensity.
Overhead projectors shall be of the following types and classes, as specified (see 6.2):
Types: Type I. Standard. Type II. Glare Reducing. Classes: Class A. Auditorium Type Projectors (see table I). Class B. Classroom Type Projectors (see table I). Class C. Collapsible Desk-Top Projectors with Integral Carrying Case (see table I).
intended Use:
Projector, still picture, overhead is intended for use by a teacher, lecturer, or speaker to project transparencies on a screen to be observed by an audience in a normally lighted room.
