scope:
The provisions of this instruction apply to all officer and enlisted training activities which include LTC in their program. Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) is the Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) for all LTC and Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) for all LTC except the Command LTC, Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA), and the Advanced officer LTC (XO).
