AIM

The aim of this agreement is to establish a procedure whereby Naval ships, auxiliaries, submarines and naval aircraft in proximity to civil and military establishments (e.g. when passing through the territorial sea or visiting ports) are mutually safe in respect of RADHAZ to personnel, ammunition and equipment embodying electro-explosive devices (EEDs) and flammables.
