This instruction applies to all Navy and Marine activities having reporting custody of MF assets under COMNAVAIRESFOR management as listed in enclosure (1), appendices A and B of this instruction, and as listed per reference (g).
Purpose. To establish policy and responsibilities for accountability, control, and employment of COMNAVAIRESFOR organizational and intermediate Mobile Facilities (MFs). This instruction has been completely revised and should read in its entirety.
