scope:

This standard covers the minimum requirements for the preparation of Tabulated Wiring Data Lists and wiring diagrams produced by automatic data processing equipment, or manual means.

The requirements of this standard apply to Tabulated Wiring Data Lists and wiring diagrams furnished to the procuring activity under contractual data requirements. Where requirements of other specifications or standards conflict with requirements specified herein, the requirements of this standard shall apply.
