scope:
This specification covers the detail requirements for monolithic silicon, CMOS remote terminal interface (RTI). One product assurance class and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the Part or Identifying Number (PIN).
The PIN shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510, and as specified herein.
The device types shall be as follows:
Device type Circuit organization 01 Remote terminal interface (clock duty cycle logical high 10 percent to 35 percent) 02 Remote terminal interface (clock duty cycle logical high 40 percent to 60 percent)
The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510.
The case outlines shall be designated as follows:
Case outline Case outline (see MIL-M-38510, appendix C) X C-8 (84-terminal, 1.15" × 1.15"), square chip carrier package. Z P-BC (84-pin, 1.135" square × .345"), pin grid array package.
