scope:
Purpose.
The purpose of this regulation is to provide guidance for assisting employees whose work-related and non-work related personal problems may have an adverse impact on job performance and/or conduct. It establishes responsibilities and procedures for administering the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Applicability.
This regulation applies to all USACE Commands.
