This standard covers clay blocks intended to be sued with a loadbearing function:
a) as blocks in prefabricated hollow pot floors as specified in DIN 1045 and DIN 1053-4;
b) as blocks in reinforced concrete ribbed floors with in-situ concrete ribs, as specified in DIN 1045;
c) as filler blocks in reinforced concrete ribbed floors with fully or partially precast concrete ribs, as spcified in DIN 1045;
