This specification is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3, except where otherwise stated and covers the detail requirements for:
DTL circuit having TWO POSITIVE NAND GATES with FOUR INPUTS, ONE EXTENDER INPUT and ONE OUTPUT per gate and with an OPEN COLLECTOR OUTPUT TRANSISTOR.
The circuit is in a Ceramic Flatback encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 4.75V to 5.25V and over the ambient temperature range 0°C to +70°C.
