PURPOSE. The Governmentwide Commercial Purchase Card Operating Procedures serve as a quick reference tool for obtaining, utilizing, and maintaining a Government purchase card. These procedures provide instructions to non-procurement personnel for making micro-purchases using the Governmentwide commercial purchase card.

APPLICABILITY. This Marshall Work Instruction (MWI) applies to all Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) organizations.
