This publication is the first of a series dealing with radio equipment in the mobile services. It defines certain genera l terms and lays down standard conditions of measurement and operation. It defines more particularly the standard test v oltages, "continuous" and "intermittent" operation, and stan dard environmental conditions. It also defines the "useful b attery life" and the relevant method of measurement.
