scope:
The CD supplementary service allows the served user to respond an incoming call offered by the network by requesting redirection of that call to another number specified in the response. This redirection is only allowed before the called user has answered the call. The served user's originating service is unaffected The CD supplementary service is applicable to all telecommunication services.
