- This specification covers a dual purpose, airborne, external store type, rocket launcher capable of shipping, storing and launching nineteen 2.75 inch Folding Fin Aircraft Rockets (FFAR). This launcher is used in two configurations as follows:
(1) Shipping Configuration - Drawing Number 30003-356AS223. The center section of this package conforms to Drawing Number 30003-356AS224 for nineteen 2.75 inch FFAR and shall be identical with the center section of the Flight Configuration.
(2) Flight Configuration A reusable, streamlined, airborne launcher utilizing the center section of the rocket Shipping Configuration, Drawing Number 30003-356AS223 plus two (2) fairings as specified in paragraph 3.3.2.
