This specification is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3, except where otherwise specified and covers the detail requirements for:-
DTL circuit having TWO POSITIVE NAND GATES with FOUR INPUTS, ONE EXTENDER INPUT and ONE OUTPUT per gate.
The circuit is in a Ceramic DUAL-IN-LINE encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 4.75V to 5.25V and over the ambient temperature range 0ºC to +70ºC.
