scope:
GENERAL
a. The procedure gives a standard method for determining and allocating to vehicles, and the structures which may have to carry them, a classification number indicating the load imposed by the former and the load carrying capacity of the later.
b. If a vechicle classification number is not greater than that of a structure, it can safetly cross or embrak on it, otherwise specific authority shall be obtained from the Theatre Commander or the Civil Authority in control of the area before doing so.
