The series of European Specification specifies requirements for the exchange of data pertaining to bare semiconductor die, with or without connection structures, and minimally packaged seminconductor die. This Specification also gives recommendations for general industry good practice in the use of bare die, with or without connection structures, and minimally packaged die. ES 59008-4-4 specifies the use of models to simulate the electrical behaviour and the correct functionality of electronic systems that include bare semiconductor die, with or without connection structures, and/or minimally packaged semiconductor die.
