A well cement which has been manufactured and supplied according to this specification may be mixed and placed using water ratios or additives at the user's discretion. It is not intended that manufacturing compliance with this specification be based on such field conditions.

Appendixes A thru R cover optional testing procedures which may be used in association with specified applications.
