This guide specification covers safety procedures and requirements for the removal, encapsulation, and disposal of asbestos containing materials (ACM). Federal regulations require EPA Model Accreditation Plan training as a Project Designer to edit this document. Furthermore, asbestos abatement designers must be accredited and licensed to design asbestos work in the location of the construction.
