This second part of ETS 300 324 defines the Protocol Implementation Conformance Statement (PICS) proforma for the implementation flexibility allowed for a V5.1 interface defined in ETS 300 324-1 (1). It allows either the Network (AN) or Local Exchange (LE), or to decide whether an implementation meets these requirements. It details in tabular form the implementation options, i.e. the optional functions additional to those which are mandatory to implement.
