REISSUANCE AND PURPOSE. This Directive reissues reference (a), discontinues certificates of eligibility for Service members, and provides policy for continuing and terminating the payments of mortgage insurance for Service members as prescribed in reference (b).
APPLICABILITY. This Directive applies to the Military Departments.
