This CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) provides summaries of a number of frameworks, architectures and models that are in currently available within the sphere of activity known as electronic commerce. The introduction provides some working definitions of "electronic commerce which were used to provide approximate bounds on what to include and what to exclude. The main criteria for inclusion within the approximate bounds were: - The source material is openly available, - The framework / architecture / model has market support in terms of implementation or evidence of likely implementation in the near future.
