Analysis for arsenic and antimony (up to 6 µg/g each), bismuth, selenium and tellurium (up to 3 µg/g each) and tin (up to 20 µg/g) in high purity copper by dissolution of the sample, separating the impurities by lanthanum hydroxide and converting the impurities to hydrides for atomic absorption measurement.
