This regional guide specification covers the use of additional temporary controls for SOUTHNAVFACENGCOM projects. These paragraphs are normally used to alert the Contractor concerning regulations or requirements which are unique to a station and which are likely to have an impact on the construction operations. For stations within the SOUTHNAVFACENGCOM REGION which have known unique regulations or requirements, Additional Temporary Controls (ATC) Sections must be used in project specifications at those locations. Include a Section 01571N, Additional Temporary Controls, ONLY when needed to show unique station regulations or requirements.
