AIM
The aim of this agreement is to:
a. Provide a guide requesting and reporting intelligence information derived from visual air reconnaissance and/or sensor image interpretation.
b. Provide guidance to:
(1) Aircrews for planning, mission execution, inflight reporting, and debriefing.
(2) Imagery interpreters in preparing imagery interpretation reports.
(3) Requesting and tasking agencies.
c. Ensure that the information requirements of requesting/tasking agencies are precisely stated and the response of reporting agencies is appropriate and rapid by using the "coded statements of purpose" explained in paragraph 2 below.
