PURPOSE
The purpose of this Marshall Work Instruction (MWI) is to meet the requirements of the Marshall Management Manual (MMM) for quality planning, paragraph 4.2.3, and the subsequent Marshall Procedures and Guidelines (MPG), MPG 7120.1; to provide instructions for the Project, Safety and Mission Assurance (S&MA), Quality Assurance Representative (QAR); and to generate a plan that will provide a documented mechanism to tie specific requirements of the final product, project and/or customer requirements to MPD 1280.1, "Marshall Management Manual," and sub-tier procedures.
APPLICABILITY
A quality plan will be required of each project within the scope of the MMM.
