This instruction applies to civilian personnel at NAVSUP Headquarters and field activities. Travel for military personnel is governed by the Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR), Volume 1.
Purpose.
To promulgate policy for long-term TDY travel for civilian personnel throughout the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) claimancy.
