This specification covers a self-contained, battery-operated, steady or flashing, ground-obstruction marker light.

Marker lights shall be of the following battery types, color filter dome sizes, and carrying bag options, as specified (see 6.2).

The type of battery shall be designated as follows:

Type L - One lantern battery C - Four "C" batteries

The color filter dome sizes shall be designated as follows:

Size 1 - Small color filter domes in accordance with Figure 3 2 - Large color filter domes in accordance with Figure 4

The option of a carrying bag shall be designated as follows:

Class Y - Carrying bag included N - Carrying bag not included
