PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to meet the requirements of MPD 1280.1, "Marshall Management Manual," and to establish and deliver training programs for personnel performing services directly affecting quality. Records of training, qualification, or certification shall be maintained in accordance with this procedure. APPLICABILITY This Marshall Procedures and Guidelines (MPG) is applicable to projects and activities within the scope defined by MPD 1280.1.
