This specification'covers the design and performance of a 10 watt, solid state audio frequency amplifier for operation in conjunction with Navy communication receiving equipments having 600 ohm, audio frequency output impedances. It is intended for installation and use in Navy ships of all t"pe5 and classes and shall operate, in accordance with this specification, under the adverse conditions norrrjaiiy encountered in a shipboard environment.
