PURPOSE
The purpose of this Goddard Procedure and Guideline (GPG) is to define the necessary steps in processing Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) proposals submitted in response to NASA Announcements of Opportunity (AO), Calls For Proposal (CFP), and NASA Research Announcements (NRA).
APPLICABILITY
This process applies to GSFC Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator (CoI) proposals that require approval by the New Business Committee (NBC) or otherwise require the Center Director's signature.
