Purpose.

To provide update uniform guidance for the proper use of communication systems and equipment throughout the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). This revision incorporates provisions of reference (c) regarding communications in classified spaces and exempts from systematic monitoring requirements those systems not under NAVSUP's control.
