This is an extended environment-resisting hybrid construction (metal sleave in nonmetallic shell) connector. Metallic surfaces indicated on figure 1 are finished with olive drab cadmium plate over a suitable underplate. Other surfaces are uncoated nonmetallic for corrosion resistance.
