INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this bulletin is to establish a uniform format for submission of technical data in conjunction with FCC type acceptance of Citizens Band radios.
A type acceptance filing should consist of the following items in the indicated order:
1. FCC Form 731;
2. List of exhibits and attachments;
3. Statement of compliance;
4. The required technical information, including necessary attachments.
The technical information is ordered and referenced with respect to (Note, however, that Part 2 of the FCC Rules and Regulations. one item, on page 4 , is referenced to Part 95 of the Rules and Regulations.)
