AIM

The aim of this agreement is to provide guidance to commanders on defensive measures to implement when military operations are conducted in a potential toxic industrial chemical (TIC) hazard environment. Although such conditions will always exist, they can pose a particular threat in military operations other than war (MOOTW) due to its inherent peacetime context.
