scope:
To serve as the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Written Hazard Communication Program (HCP) in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.
APPLICABILITY. This Requirement is intended for use by civil servants and contractors as the Written Hazard Communication Program (HCP) for operations on MSFC. If a contractor or other group on MSFC uses a different HCP, it shall be at least as stringent as this Requirement.
