Since 1924 the American Petroleum Institute Exploration and Production Department has provided. through its voluntary standardization program. a means to facilitate the broad availability of safe, interchangeable products. This is being accomplished through the two elements of the API standardization program. The first element provides a forum for the formulation of standards. A catalog of publications and materials is published annually and is available through the API Publications and Distribution Section. The second element includes a licensing program to consistently. objectively, and reliably identify manufacturers who are capable of producing products that Consistently conform to API specifications. A listing of those manufacturers licensed by the API Industry Services Department. Monogram Program are shown in this publication.
