This specification covers a battery case complete with connector cord and plugs, and a lighting accessory case complete with miniature incandescent electric lamps and a connector cord with plugs.
The cases shall be of the following types, as specified (see 6.2):
Type I - Battery case.
Type II - Lighting accessory case.
intended Use:
The cases are intended for use with tripod-mounted, night-illuminated surveying instruments.
