This instruction implements Air Force policy directive (AFPD) 32-10, Installations and Facilities, by assigning responsibilities for providing, operating, maintaining, and accounting for electrical power and other selected electrical systems. Headquarters, Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency, Engineering Support Directorate (HQ AFCESA/CES) is the final interpretation authority for definitions and guidance contained in this document.
