This instruction implements Air Force policy directive (AFPD) 32-10, Installations and Facilities, by assigning responsibilities for providing, operating, maintaining, and accounting for electrical power and other selected electrical systems. Headquarters, Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency, Engineering Support Directorate (HQ AFCESA/CES) is the final interpretation authority for definitions and guidance contained in this document. Users should send comments and suggested improvements on Air Force (AF) Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication, through major commands (MAJCOM) to HQ AFCESA/CES, 139 Barnes Dr, Suite 1, Tyndall AFB FL 32403-5319. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFPD 37-1, Air Force Information Management, and Air Force manual (AFMAN) 37-123, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air Force Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) located at https://webrims.amc.af.mil/.
