This notice applies to civilian employees assigned to NAVSEA HQ/PEOs.
Purpose. To provide guidance consistent with references (a) and (b) in determining appropriate use of excused absence, administrative leave, and mandatory use of leave within the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters (NAVSEA HQ) and affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs) during periods of heightened security precautions.
